ANMC/ANTHC 2025 ACLS Class Descriptions
ACLS 2-Day Initial Provider Class: an in-person class designed for staff who have never taken ACLS before or previously-certified staff who prefer a more in-depth review of ACLS algorithms and megacode practice.
· Requires completion of ACLS Precourse Self-Assessment: https://elearning.heart.org/course/423
ACLS 1-Day Update Class: an in-person class designed for previously certified staff with experience/confidence using the AHA ACLS algorithms.
· Requires completion of ACLS Precourse Self-Assessment: https://elearning.heart.org/course/424
ACLS HeartCode Update Class: a hybrid online/in-person class designed for physicians, PAs, CRNAs, NPs or experienced critical care RNs or RTs (3 or more years experience).
· Requires completion of ACLS HeartCode Online modules prior to attending in-person skills check portion of class. Modules will be issued to appropriate staff via email after course enrollment and take 4-6 hours to complete.
