This workshop is designed to introduce and implement the Donna Wright Competency Assessment Model, a performance-based framework that empowers healthcare professionals to validate and enhance their skills. Our goal is to foster a culture of shared accountability, improve clinical decision-making, and support your continued professional development. By participating, you will contribute to building a more confident, capable, and collaborative healthcare team, which ultimately benefits both staff and patients.

The workshops, presented in partnership with Creative Health Care Management (CHCM), are standalone offerings tailored to different professional needs:

• April 16: Full-Day Workshop - A strategic, leadership-focused deep dive for those who design and build competency systems (e.g., Educators, Professional Development roles, Managers).
• April 17: Half-Day Workshop - An accelerated, practical session for the busy professional who needs to apply and implement competency practices (e.g., Leaders- Managers, Directors).
