Course Description: Elevate your practice to transform healthcare by making evidence-based practice (EBP) a reality in your organization. This five-day intensive program provides a “deep dive” into evidence-based practice. Participants learn the step-by-step EBP process as well as effective strategies for implementing EBP in healthcare organizations of any size or level of complexity. Participants will develop an action plan for implementing and sustaining EBP changes and transforming organizational culture in clinical, educational, or leadership arenas. Internationally renowned EBP experts and mentors work in small groups with participants to ensure individualized attention and success.  This course is designed to teach all types of clinicians about EBP- including nursing, medicine, pharmacy, respiratory care therapy, certified nursing assistants, certified medical assistants, child life specialists, etc.  This course includes 40 contact hours of nursing education.  A light breakfast and lunch are provided to attendees each day.
